Terms of Service
These are the rules of the deal between you and ReviewAnswered — what we promise, what you owe us, and how we handle disagreements. Plain English, no fine-print games.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, signing in, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using ReviewAnswered, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You are entering into this agreement on behalf of the restaurant business you represent. By accepting, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The service
ReviewAnswered is a fully managed service operated by General Web Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA ("ReviewAnswered," "we," "us"). We draft, quality-check, and publish responses to your Google reviews on your behalf. We monitor your Google Business Profile around the clock and post replies based on the public information about your restaurant that you have authorised us to read.
For complete details on what data we use and how, see our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You may use ReviewAnswered only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You represent a restaurant business that operates in the United States.
- The restaurant is lawfully operating under applicable US, state, and local laws.
- You have authority to manage the restaurant's Google Business Profile and to bind the restaurant to this agreement.
- You are not located in any country or region subject to US trade sanctions, and you are not on any US government denied-parties list.
We may refuse or terminate service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Pricing
ReviewAnswered costs $49 per month for one Google Business Profile (one restaurant location). Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which we collect and remit when required by your state of operation. Stripe processes all payments.
Multiple locations
If you operate more than one restaurant location, please contact us at hello@reviewanswered.com for an individual price quote. Multi-location accounts are arranged separately and are not covered by the standard $49/month price.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same day, charged to your stored payment method, until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, in either of two ways:
- The easy way — remove ReviewAnswered as a manager from your Google Business Profile. We detect the loss of access within 24 hours and treat it as a cancellation.
- The direct way — email hello@reviewanswered.com with the subject line Cancel my subscription.
What happens after cancellation
Your service continues until the end of the current billed month. After that, we stop processing reviews and delete your data on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days in the cancellation month. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no penalty — you simply pay for the time you use.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days and notify you by email. If we cannot collect after that window, your subscription pauses and we stop posting replies. After 30 days of unpaid status, the account is treated as cancelled.
5. Authority to publish on your behalf
By subscribing to ReviewAnswered, you grant us authority to publish responses to your Google reviews on your behalf, without per-reply approval. This is the entire point of the service — full automation. You retain full control:
- You can edit or delete any reply we have published, directly through your Google Business Profile.
- You can provide feedback at any time, and we will adjust future replies based on it.
- You can revoke our access at any moment by removing us as a manager in your Google Business Profile.
We commit not to publish replies that promise specific discounts, vouchers, refunds, or other commitments that would financially bind your business, unless you have explicitly instructed us in writing to do so.
6. Service performance and limitations
ReviewAnswered is provided as a best-effort commercial service. We aim to draft and publish a response to every Google review you receive, typically within 24 hours of its appearance. We do not offer a hard service-level guarantee.
The following are explicitly outside our performance commitment:
- Sensitive reviews. Reviews mentioning employee names, health or safety concerns, legal threats, or other sensitive topics are deliberately held back for human review. We will contact you to handle them together. They are not "missed" — they are paused on purpose.
- Google API outages or changes. Our service depends on Google's Business Profile API. If Google's API is down, slow, or changes in a way that prevents us from posting, we may delay or skip replies for the duration. We are not liable for damages caused by Google's actions or inactions.
- Loss of access. If you remove us as a manager, change your Google account, or otherwise cause us to lose API access, we cannot post replies during that gap.
- Force majeure. See section 15 below.
If you believe we have materially failed to perform, contact hello@reviewanswered.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a service credit. No specific remedy is guaranteed beyond the limits stated in section 13 (Limitation of Liability).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ReviewAnswered for any business other than a lawfully operating US restaurant.
- Use the service to draft replies for content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage ReviewAnswered to third parties.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code, models, prompts, or internal logic of the service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access ReviewAnswered other than via our standard interfaces.
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or other accounts.
- Violate any law, including consumer-protection or advertising-disclosure laws, or any platform-specific terms (including Google's Terms of Service for Business Profile).
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship to the restaurant on whose behalf the account is operated.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, for any violation of this section.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account information (name, email, phone, restaurant details, billing) accurate and up to date.
- Maintain your Google Business Profile in good standing with Google, including responding to any policy notices Google sends directly to you.
- Promptly notify us of unauthorised access to your account or any other security incident affecting our service.
- Comply with all applicable laws governing your restaurant business and your communications with customers.
9. Intellectual property
Your content
Once we publish a reply on your Google Business Profile, that reply is your content. You own it. You can edit, delete, or use it however you like.
Our service
ReviewAnswered's software, models, prompts, agent architecture, drafting techniques, design, and brand are owned by General Web Solutions LLC. Subscribing does not transfer any of those rights to you. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your restaurant during your active subscription.
Our use of your business information
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your restaurant's public name, logo, address, and other public business information only for the purpose of operating the service for you. We do not use your information to train AI models that serve other customers — see the Privacy Policy for full detail on what data we use and how.
10. AI-generated content
You acknowledge that ReviewAnswered uses artificial intelligence to draft and quality-check replies. Like any AI system, it can occasionally produce text that is inaccurate, awkward, off-tone, or otherwise imperfect, even after our multi-step quality-control process.
If you find a published reply that should be corrected, email hello@reviewanswered.com and we will work with you to fix it. We will not refund a subscription month or pay any other compensation on the basis of a single imperfect reply, unless we have failed entirely to perform the service for that month.
11. Suspension and termination
By you
Cancel any time, as described in section 4.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You fail to pay a subscription charge after our retry attempts.
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules.
- You engage in fraud, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
- We are required to do so by law or by valid legal process.
- We discontinue the service entirely (in which case we will give all customers at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period).
Upon termination — by either side — your right to use the service ends, and your data is handled per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
ReviewAnswered is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated replies will satisfy any particular standard of accuracy, tone, or business outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, our warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Excluded damages. Neither party is liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, even if advised of the possibility.
Cap. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) $500 USD or (b) the total fees you actually paid us during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and survives the termination of your subscription.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReviewAnswered, General Web Solutions LLC, and our officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your restaurant business and how it operates;
- Your Google Business Profile, including its standing with Google;
- Content you have explicitly instructed us to publish or modify;
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
This obligation does not apply to claims caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or failure to perform the core service as described, which remain subject to the Limitation of Liability above.
15. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or utility outages, denial-of-service attacks, third-party service outages (including Google), labour disputes, and similar events.
16. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal resolution first
Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email hello@reviewanswered.com with a description of the dispute and try to resolve it with us in good faith for at least 30 days. We will do the same.
Binding arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") then in effect. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive your right to a jury trial for arbitrable disputes.
Class action waiver
You and ReviewAnswered each agree to bring claims only in your or our individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple customers and may not preside over any form of class arbitration.
Small claims carve-out
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the dispute qualifies under that court's rules and dollar limits, in lieu of arbitration.
Injunctive relief carve-out
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidentiality, without first going through arbitration.
If any portion of this section 16 is held unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in effect.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
18. Changes to these Terms
If we make a material change to these Terms, we will email every active customer at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
For non-material changes — fixing a typo, clarifying language, updating contact details — we may post the change without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Older versions are available on request from privacy@reviewanswered.com.
19. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ReviewAnswered regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
- No assignment by you. You may not assign or transfer this agreement, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is void.
- Assignment by us. We may assign this agreement, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law, with notice to you.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Notices. All notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account and are considered delivered 24 hours after sending. Notices to us must be sent to hello@reviewanswered.com and to General Web Solutions LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.
- Independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and ReviewAnswered.
- English language. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls in any dispute.
