Will the replies sound like me, or like a robot?

Before we respond to your first review, our AI agents study your entire online presence — website, menu, social media, every existing review. Every response is then written based on that profile (no templates) and quality-checked before publishing to make sure it sounds natural.

What if you post something I don't agree with?

You have full access to every response we publish and can edit or delete anything from your Google Business Profile. If something doesn't feel right, let us know and we'll adjust it. Our replies also never promise specific discounts, vouchers, or compensation, unless you've explicitly told us to.

How do you handle 1-star or angry reviews?

These are the most important ones to respond to — 44% of customers will still choose a restaurant after reading a negative review, if they see a professional response. We acknowledge the issue without being defensive, reference the specific problem, offer a concrete next step, and never argue with the customer.

What about reviews mentioning health, safety, or employee names?

We never auto-respond to those. Sensitive reviews are flagged and we contact you to handle the response together. You decide what gets published and how. The vast majority of reviews are standard food/service feedback that the system handles smoothly.

How do you connect to my Google profile? Is it safe?

During onboarding, you grant us access to your Google Business Profile the same way you'd add a manager — standard practice used by thousands of restaurants. We only see your reviews and business profile, nothing else from your Google account. The process takes under 2 minutes, and you can revoke access any time with one click.
